We search for excellent artists and producers who align with our values and the things we want to see change in the world.

We bring local and national artists together to form The Island - a community of support, challenge and conversation outside existing networks.

We know art can be more powerful. We expect our Island artists to be led by activism.

Through The Island we have developed new productions, new connections, new companies, new ideas and new friendships.
