We offer placement opportunities on pretty much all of our projects. We do this because we know that to grow the industry we need to listen to and support young people. Its a tough industry to get into - particularly if you are from a background or location where industry support isn’t on tap.

We support students from Falmouth and Plymouth and UEL Universities as well as community and youth groups across the UK. We, have given placements in Performance, Learning, Design, Video Mapping, and social media.

When its not massively stressful and eye wateringly lonely - producing really can be fun!

We love people who can make things happen and thats essentially what producers do.

We regularly mentor early career producers and offer producing workshops through places like Hall for Cornwall, Plymouth and Falmouth Uni and the National Student Drama Festival.
