We offer placement opportunities on pretty much all of our projects. We do this because we know that to grow the industry we need to listen to and support young people. Its a tough industry to get into - particularly if you are from a background or location where industry support isn’t on tap.

We support students from Falmouth and Plymouth and UEL Universities as well as community and youth groups across the UK. We, have given placements in Performance, Learning, Design, Video Mapping, and social media.

We love finding and nurturing people who can make things happen and thats essentially what producers do.

We regularly mentor early career producers and offer producing and production mamagement training, workshops and work with our friends at Hall for Cornwall, Plymouth and Falmouth Uni and the National Student Drama Festival to offer further support.
