Gabby has enjoyed senior management and producing roles at the Barbican Arts CentreYoung Vic Theatre and Manchester International Festival and now works as an independent producer.

In June 2020 Gabby started  imPOSSIBLE Producing with Charlie Bunker – a new producing infrastructure and artist development company supporting individual artists. In 2 years they have supported over 600 artists through 27 projects, working locally and nationally, reaching audiences of over 50,000. Their new strand of producing work #MadeInCornwall launches in 2023.

In 2014 Gabby co-founded large-scale arts & science festival Fertility Fest with arts activist Jessica Hepburn. The festival took place across 5 years at Birmingham Rep, Park Theatre, Bush Theatre and Barbican Theatres in London, and Internationally in Sydney, Barcelona and Copenhagen. As part of their mission, Fertility Fest generated huge mainstream media coverage and international co-productions discussing infertility, successfully campaigned for changes to in the Schools National Curriculum to include infertility and alternative routes to parenthood and changed patient care policy in fertility clinics for enhanced emotional support.

Gabby has strong artist development, training and education experience and is passionate about developing the next generation of artists, audiences and artistic work.

FIAFest / Falmouth International Arts Fest - A pilot event featuring over 40 events, 140 artists, thousands of audiences and hundreds of school children. We brought our large scale orchestra Terra Coda, BACs Beatbox Academy and circus company Ockhams Razor to Cornwall and showcased local artists including Cscape Dance, Sally Crooks & Seamas Carey.

Creators Programme Young Vic – Accessing New Technologies – VR and deaf, disabled and neurodiverse artists, Springboard, TikTok and Meet the Team projects with emerging creatives from the Creators Lab (Gabby)

ARRIVAL – Large scale outdoor co-created promenade production commissioned by the Royal Docks Culture Team to launch Newham’s cultural strategy. Made with over 500 people, directed by Matthew Dunster, designed Jon Bausor, Associate artists Conrad Murray/Beatbox Academy, Sophie Ellerby, Venus Ex Machina, Chi-San Howard and Ruff Sqwad.
